Waiting and attack order

The October 13 release notes report an improved waiting display during tactics selection. A Volley fix addresses higher-speed ranged attacks failing to trigger before Volley.

Team setup and card organization

The notes add an option to disable adjusted-stat animations during team creation and a filter for bracket cooldowns. Removing a Binder page removes its cards from that Binder page.

What the update does not establish

Filtering a card list or changing a Binder is separate from owning a card or completing a trade. This is a dated update record, not verification of current rules or a transaction.
