The official Support link leads to a public form.
The official How To Support link leads to the AlwaysGeeky Games public portal. New Ticket, reviewed October 10, 2026, marks Contact Name, Email, Subject, Description and Classifications as required. This is a route for describing a support issue; submission, replies and resolution were not tested.
Voxie Tactics Username and Polygon Wallet Address are marked Recommended. These support-request fields do not establish mandatory or wallet-free game entry. The existing Desktop FAQ instructions remain separate. No input, attachment, authentication, CAPTCHA completion or submission occurred.
A concept for public ticket fields, not a resolution guarantee or new-game authentication requirements.
Voxie Tactics is a turn-based competitive tactical RPG. Trying tactics with starter recruits is distinct from trading owned items.
Reviewed editions: Voxie Tactics / desktop starter recruits. Unverified region, wallet and language conditions are marked in the entry section below.
Reviewed from official documentation and stores. No installation, login or gameplay was performed. Instructions are documented paths, not verified in-app completion.
02 / DETAILA closer look at the gameplay
Relate one unit's move to the team's position
Turn-based movement makes position part of the plan. An editorial exercise is to describe how a move relates to the team's subsequent position, rather than only whether it allows an attack. The Training announcement explicitly presents movement, positioning and turn-based fundamentals as learning topics.
Training is described as a place to explore class and gear combinations. The FAQ separately distinguishes stat-affecting items from cosmetics. Separate aesthetic preference from a change in tactical role when deciding what to compare; no current best combination is asserted.
The dated Training announcement describes practice against NPCs. An editorial exercise is to change a position while retaining the team, or compare one class change with a clear positioning goal. This interprets published instructions, not a current in-client test.
Being able to attack from a square does not establish that the move supports the team. In the documented Training context, consider what the next ally is meant to do. Unverified terrain modifiers and skill values prevent treating a position as a guaranteed winning move.
Separate composition strength from movement choices.

Revision
