Separate earlier starting instructions from the current entry
- 1Earlier ship and battle
The 2025 guide describes a Skiff and first Gauntlet.
- 2Earlier gameplay choices
Craft ships, build an island and assemble a combat deck.
- 3Current entry
The entry redirects to Arcade with a seasonal pause notice.
The earlier Pirate’s Creed-related First Time User Experience, updated March 5, 2025, describes a docked Skiff, a first Gauntlet and later ship crafting, island building and combat-deck choices. New Player Guide was updated April 11, 2024, and Starting Out on January 21, 2025. These documents do not establish current ship/NFT grants to ordinary new players or successful admission from Japan.
Starting Out describes conditional Founder acquisition and an NFT route for holders of a code. Current code distribution, free first-time grants, current prices and authentication/wallet screens are unverified. Old Command Rank and PGLD/Marks amounts are not promoted into present starting requirements.
Public browsing on October 10, 2026 redirected piratenation.game to Proof of Play Arcade, which displayed a seasonal competition pause notice. Its Abstract Global Wallet and credit-purchase description belongs to that separate entry. It is not joined to the earlier Gauntlet/ship/island conditions. No login, purchase, admission or play occurred. The notice gives no specific pause duration or restart date and is not treated as termination of the original game as a whole.
A concept separating earlier documented gameplay from a different current entry. It is not current free-grant, starting-cost, Japan-eligibility or hands-on evidence.

Build a crew and think through your next card.
Pirate Nation connects crew and ship choices to card battles. Read enemy intent, allocate action points and develop pirates through quests.

02 / DETAILA closer look at the gameplay
Before combat: combine pirate expertise and a ship
Combat cards come from pirates, ships and items. Pirate expertise can emphasize damage, evasion, AP or healing, while progression affects cards. Consider the combination, not only one unit.
Official combat guide · · Official pirates guide ·Read enemy intent alongside the draw slot used by Stowaway
Cards spend AP, while enemy intent indicates attacks, defence or effects. Stowaway carries AP to a later turn but occupies a draw slot. Saving AP has a different meaning when the current hand must address an imminent threat than when drawing another card is important. Consider the immediate action and the next hand together, without assuming a universally correct response to every telegraphed move.
Official combat guide ·Connect progression to the card roles you want to develop
The Pirates guide connects quest XP and levels with further quests. Expertise also relates progression to card options. Decide whether damage, evasion, recovery, AP or hand manipulation is the role you want to develop, then relate that interest to progression. First-pirate acquisition is separate from this explanation; current development costs and a strongest pirate have not been established.

A PLAN FOR UNDERSTANDING THE GAME
Read a turn through AP and draws
Compare the options left before and after a card choice.
- Intent
Identify an attack, defense or effect.
- Immediate option
Check the card and AP needed to respond.
- Following option

Gameplay and core loop
The following describes recorded gameplay, not a fresh confirmation of availability, cost or wallet requirements. Use the current field-by-field assessment above.
A pirate game about voyages, quests and gathering materials through exploration and combat. Craft equipment and supplies, adjust the crew and sail to the next island.
- Verify the wallet and eligible Pirate, then connect through the official game
- Choose a voyage or quest and spend action energy on exploration and combat
- Craft equipment or supplies from collected materials, adjust the crew, and sail to the next island
Session style: Progress is bounded by action energy and individual quest or voyage goals.
Multiplayer: The economy and community are shared, while the checked core loop is questing with the player's own crew.
Good fit
- Players who want quests and crafting inside one pirate economy
- Players prepared to understand on-chain actions from the start
Not a good fit
- Players requiring a wallet-free trial
- Players unwilling to inspect signatures and asset conditions before entry
How to start
- Current entry steps need rechecking. Do not make a purchase or connect a wallet from historical instructions; confirm platform, cost and account conditions in official guidance.
Wallet and Web3 boundary
Entry wallet or asset requirements are separate from optional trading. Unverified current requirements are not asserted either way.
Cautions
- The official home returned 403 to automation, so entry conditions are recorded from retrieved docs
- Asset prices, network fees, and liquidity are risks separate from quest outcomes

Older live labels do not establish entry conditions for Pirate Nation, the current official-site destination, Arcade or Pirate’s Creed.
