Parallel TCG is a sci-fi card game with 40-card decks and a Paragon, played to reduce an opponent’s health to zero. Its distinctive choice is playing a card now or banking it to expand energy. This guide uses the Windows Steam offering and separates ordinary competition from tradable collectibles.

Banking moves a card from your hand into your resource pool. Once per turn it increases maximum energy and available energy by one. Energy refreshes at the start of your turn. You therefore weigh keeping a playable option against growing future resources; a banked card is no longer simply another hand option.
A deck uses 40 cards and a Paragon for a one-on-one duel. Combine one faction with Universal cards. Board protection, opposing health and your Paragon’s persistent effect shape the choices. The faction table describes official identities, not beginner win rates or strength rankings.
Learn with free cards; separate purchases and ownership
Trying starter decks through Tutorial and Quickplay differs from acquiring extra rewards or tradable cards. The Free Battle Pass also offers playable cards and packs; official FAQ lists Premium access at 2,400 Glints and requires Premium Level 30 for the First Edition claim. Consider season progression alongside the purchase. Starter competitiveness and required play time have not been measured.
The October 14 post announces invitational finals for series winners and selected competitors, planned for October 29 with 24 players and BO3 single elimination. Open decklists and a Bestow Stewardship ban apply to this tournament; they are not substituted for ordinary Tutorial or Quickplay rules. The next series is announced for November. Registration, Japanese eligibility and reward receipt remain unverified.
Patch 1.1.3, dated October 9, describes an ordered set of Paragon unlocks for new-player onboarding; it does not establish an observed first sign-in or completed client flow. No Snitching wording distinguishes removed abilities from abilities supplied by upgrades, which remain. This helps readers separate a unit’s base abilities from added effects. Bundle promotion supplies no current price, and Mobile Graphics wording alone does not establish a mobile storefront or Japan entry conditions.
Packs and cosmetics are optional. The TCG FAQ lists Premium Battle Pass access at 2,400 Glints and offers cards and packs on the Free Track too. Glints’ yen purchase cost is unverified. · [8]

Windows / Parallel TCG Open Beta
Ordinary TCG play is free to start; purchasing tradable cards is not required to begin playing. Check the official purchase information for any optional card purchases or other extra costs.
Account-bound cards and tradable collectibles are distinct. Collectibles are not required to play. PRIME eligibility, trading fees and earnings are not part of a free-play guarantee.

The Free Track also offers playable cards and packs. Premium access is listed at 2,400 Glints, with a playable card at Level 1, cosmetics and additional rewards. Claiming the First Edition card separately requires Premium Level 30. Choose based on your time and progression requirements rather than assuming payment immediately grants every reward.
